Noreen Van Houten: Hello my name is Noreen and I am the Technology & Project Upgrade – Gifted & Talented teacher at Alfred C. MacKinnon Middle School in Wharton NJ, which is 50 miles west of Manhattan. I teach computers to 5th graders and do in class support for gifted and talented grades 6-8th all subject areas. I went to Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ for my Bachelors degree in psychology and minored in English. I am certified K-5 & middle school language arts teacher. I have 3 wonderful children, Devin 12, Nicky 8 and Emma 3 years old and a wonderful husband that works with computers as well doing pre-press operations at Craftsmen Printer. Both my husband and I are licensed Realtors as well for Century 21 North Warren Realty.
